Acton Street, Franklin, TN

HFR was responsible for performing field surveys, preparing preliminary/right-of-way and construction plans for the south section of Acton Street for operational, safety and drainage improvements. The project begins at Natchez Street and terminates at the corner between the east and south section and is approximately 545 LF. Construction was completed in 2008.
