Bowling Green Kereiakes Park Tennis Courts

• HFR was commissioned to design new tennis courts to replace the existing ones at Kereiakes Park. The eightcourt complex was built in the 1970’s, and had been experiencing problems with subsurface water seepage for quite some time.
• Existing conditions were evaluated, a demolition schedule was established, and the new design began immediately. A geological study of the soils was prepared in order to set up the process for the subsurface materials. Great care was taken in the design to alleviate water seepage.
• The HFR Design Team also worked with the City to secure a Contractor, and performed construction administration services during the entire construction process.
