The Whitfield Building

• A proposed 69,000-square-foot assisted living facility on the existing Lakeshore Meadows “aged living” campus in Nashville, TN.
• The two-story building will consist of 46 generously sized apartments and 16 apartment units for residents who require memory care support services.
• Designed in the Arts and Crafts architectural style, the building will be clad in residential materials such as stone, brick and fiber cement lap siding.
• The facility will contain a number of intimate interior and exterior spaces creating a comfortable, home-like environment.
