• A 226,000-square-foot medical mall in Kansas City, MO, offering an innovative blend of retail outlets and healthcare services in a convenient,
• one-stop-shopping environment.
• The medical mall and outpatient facility comprise four levels and include a CV lab; the project received a national award for the innovative design of its ICU.
• Level I includes a gift shop, pharmacy, full-service bank, 350-seat international food court, children’s play area, dry cleaner and access to the north, west and east concourses.
• Level II provides the main entrance to the mall and to outpatient services, including the emergency area, while Levels III and IV are devoted to
• physician office space of 100,000 square feet.
