• A 13,000-square-foot medical office building for three doctors and a dentist in Columbia, TN.
• The design achieves an efficient patient flow, from waiting area to exam room to exit, with a well-defined checkout.
• Extensive daylighting, simulated stone entry, waiting area with fireplace and children’s play area are features not always found in a medical office building.
• Doctors have a first-class conference room adjacent to their private workout area, opening onto a deck with a view of the hills beyond.
