Story County Medical Center

• A critical access hospital in Nevada, Iowa, replacing a facility more than 50 years old.
• The design includes 18 private patient rooms, two of which are specifically designed for bariatric patients.
• Daylighting is incorporated via skylights in the lobby and at the main nurse station; a tall curtain wall of undulating glass panels provides natural light to the main circulation corridor.??Floor plan is arranged to accommodate an increase in outpatient services.
