A new facility for the relocation of a dynamic, 130-year-old congregation in Nashville that had outgrown its original church building.
Located on a 37-acre site with parking for over 1,000 vehicles, the 103,000-square-foot facility seats 3,300 people in the sanctuary, including the choir.
A "fractured cross" rendered in stained glass, visible inside and outside, expresses the idea of Christ overcoming the power of the cross.
The project won awards from Associated Builders & Contractors, Nashville, and the Metropolitan Nashville Beautification & Environment Commission.
