Tennessee Army National Guard Headquarters

• Additions and renovations totaling 117,000 square feet at the Tennessee Army National Guard Headquarters in Smyrna, TN.
• $9.4 million Phase I included construction of guardhouse, helipad, two parking garages, and site reconfiguration for security.
• $16 million Phase II addition includes a four-story office facility, plus support areas.
• Also in Phase II, 5,000 square feet of existing USPFO building was renovated, and 17,600 square feet of adjacent roof was reroofed.
