A $32 million, three-story office space addition to Howard Office Building, a property of Metro Nashville-Davidson County government in Nashville, TN.
The 150,000-square-foot addition was added to an existing school building, which also was originally designed by Hart Freeland Roberts in the 1930s.
Tenants not typical of an office building include a data center and a traffic management control center, both of which require redundant backup systems to keep them operational.
The exterior is designed to match the existing facility with an updated look.
