Tennessee Executive Residence Restoration

• Restoration and modernization of the official residence for the governor of Tennessee, originally designed in 1930 by HFR founder, Russell Hart.
• Following historic preservation standards, design included new conservatory, kitchen, masonry and window restoration, wood cabinets.
• LEED concepts include low-emitting VOC materials, in-house recycling and all new, energy-efficient mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• HFR reconfigured the residence for handicap access and designed all new communications and security systems.
