Tennessee Executive Residence Restoration
PROJECT:
Tennessee Executive Residence Restoration
Restoration and modernization of the official residence for the governor of Tennessee, originally designed in 1930 by HFR founder, Russell Hart.
Following historic preservation standards, design included new conservatory, kitchen, masonry and window restoration, wood cabinets.
LEED concepts include low-emitting VOC materials, in-house recycling and all new, energy-efficient mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
HFR reconfigured the residence for handicap access and designed all new communications and security systems.
