PROJECT:

Williamson County Jail

  • A $9.6 million combination jail/juvenile facility for males and females, with administrative offices for the sheriff, in Franklin, TN.
  • Design allows for classification of maximum, medium and minimum security housing and programs.
  • The pod configuration allows for direct observation of inmates by a minimum amount of staff.
  • Includes sprinkler system, heat/smoke detection, and remote cell and egress door releases that are monitored 24 hours a day.
  • Juvenile facility shares common support services with the jail, but functions as a separate detention facility, meeting state standards.
