• Reconstruction of a 30,000-square-foot newspaper publishing headquarters in downtown Clarksville, TN, following tornado destruction in 1999.
• The building was rebuilt on the existing site to match the previous structure’s design, but with improvements to the office layout.
• The $3.5 million rebuilding/renovation project was accomplished on an aggressive schedule to minimize disruption of operations.
• The newspaper continued to publish every day despite its offices and printing plant receiving a direct hit from the tornado.
