IT Support Assistant:
 
Looking for highly motivated person to assist in systems support. 
 
Candidates need to have hands-on, component level hardware repair experience and at least two years prior work experience in computer service/repair or an Associates level degree in computer repair/engineering. Must be proficient in many Microsoft applications and have working knowledge of software troubleshooting as well as individual component troubleshooting skills. All equipment in the office is maintained by IT Dept.  Daily interactions with users will be required. 
 
A+ certification is a plus, but not required.  Will have to support the following applications:  MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Microstation, Select Server, MS Office, Corel Draw , Adobe, Adobe Photoshop, MS Windows Server 2003/2008, MS Exchange 2007, Ultrabac, MS Windows.  Familiarity with SPAM filter, firewalls and all networking concepts a plus.  Willing to take on challenges proactively and should be able to work independently.    Should be able to spec systems out depending on need of user.
 
The ideal candidate will have good analytical abilities, good organizational skills and is self motivated.  Candidate will be required to learn any new software and be able to support in a timely manner.  All candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., be available to work overtime as needed and be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
